I agree with Mace being 2nd in command but at the same time, I don't blame Harvey too. He just really love his wife and there's nothing wrong with that... Sort-of how Corazon feels with her plants... If I had a husband like Harvey, I'd cry my eyes out! I would cry, too. I wonder how Capa feels after the fact that he couldn't save him... sad or relieved?

I'm sure Capa was upset by the fact that he couldn't save Harvey. If nothing else than that he personally had failed, I'm sure he really felt the effects. I mean, no matter what your background, it's got to be tough to feel personally responsible for someone else's death.

Well, then again, Harvey was very upset that Capa didn't give up the suit for him... and Capa can be cold-hearted (i.e. the instant vote for Trey)

Yeah, Capa is more logical than emotional... well, that's how he is supposed to be.

I don't think it was cold-hearted of Capa to vote that way for Trey. I think he was just being logical, and he was making a decision he had to make. He even says something about "weighing the life of one against the future of mankind" in that scene. Yes, it was "beneficial" that they lost Harvey, but there wasn't a vote or anything, and in a sense, it was pointless for him to have died, and I think anyone-- "logical" or not-- would be upset by that.

Okay Mace lost his track once but after that he seriously lives to the mission. I think he was most devoted to the mission after all. Well okay Kaneda was too. But seriously Mace just pushed himself further and further. He didn't give up and I start now crying. He shouldn't have died that way!

He shouldn't have died that way! A lot of people shouldn't have died that way... Right on. For Harvey's case, I think Capa is upset. His voice when he said "I lost Harvey" is like he can't believe it's true, not that good-riddance sort-of way... or he's a pain-in-the---- sort-of way.

I just figured out another favorite scene! I liked the part where Cassie rips the skin off of Pinbacker's arm. It was intense and I liked the camera work. It sorta freezed and speed up in places. This scene would have been better with Kaneda though... okay, I'll stop now.

I'm absolutely terrified at that scene... I had my share of gory scenes before, but that scene really gives me the shivers... That was the only scene in Sunshine that made me flinch.

Ah, yes. The "pizza" scene. Haha! Yep, the pizza scene. I wasn't on set when they filmed that (I wasn't usually allowed on set when they were filming with Pinbacker), but apparently the thing that ended up in Cillian's hand looked like the top of a pizza. Also, loads of people on set were thoroughly grossed out by it, including Cillian.

I'm seriously thinking of rulling out all pizzas for the rest of my life... I went to see Sunshine again last sunday (and I'm planning to watch it again next saturday!)... and I have to say, Kaneda chasing Corazon.... *sigh* I was watching one of the SUNSHINE interviews and I realized that he was "chasing" Cassie, not Corazon. Oh well... we can imagine, can't we? Ok, I just watched Sunshine for the third time with my friend. And I paid *extra* attention to that scene. Yes.... Kaneda may not be chasing Corazon... BUT Corazon *is* chasing Kaneda!!!!
