I recently saw the movie by chance. I was at my local video store, and they had a huge DVD sale, and one of the movies in the "cheap rack" happened to be Sunshine. I was surprised, as I love Danny Boyle and I had heard about the movie in the filming and production stages, but hadn't heard about it since. Needless to say I got it.
Best bargain I've had for a movie. It was an amazing film. Its stuck with me since, the soundtrack, the actors, the story. The only time a movie does that with me is when it becomes a favorite of mine, and I think Sunshine will be up there in terms of favorites.
So yes, here I am, happy to be here
