So yeah... It's nothing like this site, of course, but I still wanted to express my love for Sunshine somehow. Hope you like it. ^.^ SUNSHINE: To Touch A GodThis is going to get moved, isn't it? WOW great work  Many many information about the movie and the characters and and the science put together in a nice summary-page. Well done. Especially the science part with the big collection of videos is a nice place to stay and observe. Also the philosophy part is very interesting and it contains almost all aspects in my opinion. But I missed home-buttons sometimes, that makes navigation hard if you lose the overview. And the background could be more Sunshine-like. It's not bad but a picture of the sun would be more suitable I think. Or a high-res shoot of the movie would look nice. But all in all it's a awesome page made by just one person  LY ! |

I want to apologise that my server is acting up the past couple of days so things don't update, pages don't load, etc.  Very annoying. Hopefully it'll settle down soon. OK, I added a "Home" link to the pages there... or at least it'll show up whevenever my server lets me update next. And the background could be more Sunshine-like. It's stars, lol, isn't that fitting? I think it serves as a reminder that all those twinkling lights out at night are suns just like Sol. But really that background is just kinda uniform for my site, which the Sunshine shrine is part of. ^_^;; The title of it is interesting.. "To Touch A God" Ahh yeah, I wanted to call it Starfire somewhere, somehow. Like "Starfire: To Touch a God" or "Sunshine: Death by Starfire"... But in the end Sunshine worked best, kind of saying that just being out in the sunlight is sort of like touching the sun too. "To Touch A God" was my initial title for the essay I wrote after watching Sunshine, so I figured it was appropriate to call the shrine that, since that's what the movie means to me. |
