So who out there has SEEN the movie. All of it, and how was the experirence and your thoughts? without spoiling of course.

All in all I've seen it three times - two different cuts. The first cut (which is what the reviews at AICN and IMDB are from) was *pretty* good, not really great, but it was a work in progress, after all. The final film, however... well, I can't say too much more about the final film than I already have... other than I loved it.

I've got a comment awaiting approval on SunshineDNA (I'm not sure it'll go up though) from, I believe, a German film journalist... Here is part of it:

The adept fan (of SF) will find lots of quotes of many of the most important SF movies brought to the screen, i.e. Silent Running, 2001-Space Odyssey, Alien, Solaris (to name the best known). Production design, sfx, story, performances, camera-work, editing, sound and music are great. The story captures the attention of the audience pretty soon and the dramatic events {...} are set to begin not long after the beginning of the film.

I've been working on the film's site for 18 months, since before filming started, I was there everyday of filming...

wow, awesome. I have high hopes for this film. It looks like a ground breaking leap for upcoming science fiction films. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest, be honest, what would you say about sunshine?

Aside from the lack of sufficient Capsie scenes, I'd say this movie is top notch!
