In the spirit of our love for lists and threads such as "what not to do at the premiere", I was playing around with the idea of foods with a sun reference. (Possibly I should have placed this in the thread about "when you know you are obsessed") I discovered it wasn't easy. But here are some ideas for what to eat on opening day for the film. Breakfast: eggs sunny-side up Florida OJ (its the "sunshine" state) Lunch: Pasta with a sun-dried tomato sauce Dinner: Misso marinated Dover sole (Ok, this is tough --- had to to begin playing with the word sun in other languages. Sole being Italian. And, well misso as a nod to my fav cast member Sanada san ) And a great glass of Mer Soleil chardonnay (looking to the French translation on this one, it also happens to be a fav wine of mine) Just a little too much time on my hands today!

Brittany, I think this may be a case of the "pot calling the kettle black". ;D
Glad you got a chuckle out of my nonsense!
BTW, I'd forgotten you are from the state.

And here's another beverage ---- "sun" tea.
For those who don't know what this is----- water and tea bags in a glass container with a good tight lid put this out on your patio table in the SUN and a short time later ---- TEA
I know it's a little weird, it was a craze a few years back. In stores you could even buy a special glass container for making the stuff.
Probably came from the same marketing geniuses who "invented" the pet rock.

Here's a new one Brittany, it doesn't use the word but................. since our Hiro made salmon pasta for Cillian and others during the filming I think it should count! Heck maybe he used some sun-dried tomatoes.

"Sundog" popcorn first came out in about 1999 or so but demand was "disappointingly low" according to the manufacturers, so it was discontinued. Adult fans of the above might like to drown their sorrows with a glass of "Sol" beer...and younger ones might console themselves with a refreshing "Sun Lolly".
