Hi everybody,
Just thought I'd point out that (at least in the US) the Sunshine soundtrack has finally been released DRM-free in 256kbps AAC on iTunes Plus
It sounds great!

I'm happy to confirm that the Sunshine soundtrack on iTunes (US site) is currently provided as DRM-free .m4a format, at 44.1 kHz sample rate, 256 kbps: itunes.apple.com/us/album/sunshine-music-from-motion/id297702863I don't know if it is encoded as ABR, CBR, or VBR, but the 4:27 length track "Sunshine (Adagio In D Minor)" weighs in at a respectable 8.63 MB. When converted to highest quality 256 kbps VBR mp3, it is a very similar 8.78 MB in size. Quality and DRM restrictions were my biggest concern with buying it from Apple's iTunes store. Indeed, since there is apparently no way to confirm either prior to buying it, I was quite tempted to look for it elsewhere. I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, and report the result here. I'm glad to say it sounds damn good, is DRM-free, and is easily converted to MP3 or other formats (using iTunes).
