I haven't been able to read every fan fiction here, but there has been a request for a new sub-board dedicated to high ratings. I made it! It's called Adult Fan Fiction (R/NC-17). As the name suggests, it is there for writers who post fanfiction with high ratings. As a precaution for search engines, I've made the sub-board password-protected. The password is mentioned in the sub-board's description. It's '18' because that's how old you must be in order to read the material inside of it.
Again, please rate your work accordingly. If you feel that the storyline is taking you into a new direction, adjust the rating if needed.

Thank you all so much and enjoy!!
NOTE TO WRITERS: I'm aware that some fanfiction is still ongoing. I'm not sure how to categorize your work so if you don't see your thread in this new sub-board, don't hesitate moving it there without permission (it's your work afterall! ). All I ask is for you to select "No" (or something of that variation) when Proboards asks whether or not you want a notification for other members that your thread has been moved. If members want to find your work (and if they are of age), they can easily find it in this sub-board.
Again, please rate your work accordingly. If you feel that the storyline is taking you into a new direction, adjust the rating if needed.

- The standard heading format for individual fanfiction threads is Title (Rating). Please follow this format when creating your thread to keep everything organized and easy to find.
- Fandom specific threads (like Kanezon, Massie, Capsie, and Mapsie) should contain regular text and links only. Any posting of actual video, fanart, or fanfiction is prohibited in order to keep everything organized and easy to find. Should you have a related media file(s) or fiction piece to share for these threads, please post them separately in their own thread in their respective sub-boards (i.e. fanart should go in the Fan Art sub-board, videos should go in the Sunshine Videography board, and fan-made videos should go in the Fan Videos sub-board) and have the original thread starter or a forum administrator/moderator add the new thread's link to the first post. Again, this is to keep everything organized and easy to find.
- It is encouraged and recommended for fanfiction writers to consider republishing their works to the new SFO Fanfiction Archive for several beneficial reasons. The Archive allows for star ratings, individual peer reviews, chapter organization, freedom of expression (that is, no censorship within the written works, not the absence of disclaimers or ratings), and much more!
Thank you all so much and enjoy!!
