I don't know where "Alright" is either but...
"We love you" was what Cassie said to Searle before they left him on Icarus I.
I don't know where "got water" came from either but...
"If you don't like it, you can take mys shift next time" was what Trey told Mace when Mace complaining about the chicken Trey was cooking.
"Do I have to spell it out for you..." was what Mace said when he was presenting his argument that it was dangerous to dock in Icarus I.

"... Alright" is when Mace volunteer Capa and Capa said Alright after hesitating...
"Got water" is when Searle is at the Social Area and Kitchen of Icarus I

Alright I've got some more (last ones for now):
"They're gonna burn up."
"Nooooo!!!"
"He's not going to make it"
"You're worried about the Icarus One."
"So what's the actual damage?"
"Exactly."
"...wait, Cassie."
"NO!"
"....Earth Room? Two hours?"
"You're kidding me!"
"That's impossible."
"Always."
"No they are not!"
"It's A-okay."
"You're not coming."

"They're gonna burn up." - Trey says that when Icarus is trying to override manual command and shift her shield.
"Nooooo!!!" - well, actually it's more of a "No!" when Corazon realizes the O2 Garden is in fire and starts running from the flight deck to O2 Garden.
"You're worried about the Icarus One." - Corazon says that in the Observation Room with Kaneda, after reporting the O2 productivity.
"So what's the actual damage?" - Kaneda asks that after the alarm went off and Trey shouting "I f**ked up"
"Exactly."
"...wait, Cassie." - Mace says that when Icarus says she need another human verification for overriding computer control.
"NO!" - the same "No!" from earlier, unless I'm mistaken.
"....Earth Room? Two hours?" - Searle says that to Mace after the Mapa fight (the first one)
"You're kidding me!" - Corazon says that when she finds the sprout in her last scene.
"That's impossible." - Cassie says that when Harvey says the sound they heard was a distress signal from Icarus I
"Always."
"No they are not!" - Right after "they're gonna burn out"
"It's A-okay." - Capa says this after he check the payload in Icarus I
"You're not coming." - Kaneda says that after he says he's going out to check the shields after Harvey's "It's a two man's job"

well, I've watched the movie 4 times, read the script 3 times, and spent half of my lifetime here, what do you expect? LOL
"He's not going to make it." - Harvey says that when Kaneda and Capa is out there fixing the shields and Kaneda asked Capa to go back to the airlock.

"Exactly."
"Always."
"Well, it couldn't have been Trey."
"Exactly" - Mace says this halfway during Searle's counter argument to stop by in Icarus I. Searle says the life of their crews are entirely expendable and Mace said this.
"Always." - Kaneda says this in response to Corazon's "You're thinking about Icarus I" in the Observation Room.
"Well, it couldnt have been Trey." - I remember it should be during the voting scene, but I cant find it in the script...

//since no one's continuing, I will.. "I know. Continue as long as you can." - Capa says this when he tries to calculate the accuracy of the payload...
