What the heck: being "unreal," she's open to interpretation! I popped over to the "Criminal Intent" website (so THAT'S what Eric Bogosian is doing! Wow. [I don't watch television-- I just don't have the time, I keep incredibly weird hours, and anything I record just piles up, unwatched.]), and I'll say, yeah, she's definitely in the Whitby ballpark. Her facial features are less extreme than Pamela's, but they're similar. And she does have those cool blue eyes, doesn't she...? It's just such a great part in "I Know Where I'm Going." Catriona Potts isn't cold: she's brusque, good-natured, frank, and terribly efficient, and Pamela Brown just nails it. To an outsider, the role-- and the film as a whole-- says "Western Scotland." But I'm just a schmoo for ancient black and white. Probably a sign of inexorably ADVANCING AGE...! ANYWAY, though-- in exciting fic news (yeah, sure, you betcha!)-- the pre-"Pod" story is ticking along. Watch for "Split," coming to a thread near you. Soon. Soon-ish. Yep!

Hey, Mapa-whiffer: welcome back! Thanks for the of-course-uncreepy words o' kindness! I love Whace, too-- especially because it plays straight into "Whace-ted." Okay, okay: ouch...!
